This was from last year but still has impressive results if I do say so myself.

My newest endeavor is trying to (hopefully) get into shape. Since I hit my mid-thirties I have been expanding outward and would like to reverse that. So starting on Monday, 01-28-2002 I am changing my eating habits and starting a workout program called Power 90 so I encourage everyone to check out this section of my site and let me know what you think of my progress. Posting this on my site will hopefully force me to stick with it LOL.

OK here is a summary of my gain/loss for the various parts of my body.

Weight: Lost 14 lbs
Chest: Gained .625"
Waist: Lost 3.25" (measured where my belt would go)
Stomach: Lost 6.375" (measured at belly button)
Hips: Lost 1.75"
Right Mid-Thigh: Gained .875"
Left Mid-Thigh: Gained 1.0"
Right Upper Arm: Gained 1.5" (flexed, measured at the peak of the bicep)
Left Upper Arm: Gained 1.5" (flexed, measured at the peak of the bicep)
Blood Pressure: Was 132/86 Now 107/67
Resting Heart Rate: Dropped by 12 beats per minute
