This page will track my progress on my work-out program for the final weeks. Please note that I did add two additional weeks at the end of the program to make up for missed days.

Week 9: March 25th - March 31st

I decided to not work out anymore...I am just too tired. APRIL FOOLS hehe Had another good workout...still annoyed with them squats. On the other side of the squat debate...my legs sure are developing....I am impressed with them myself.

My legs hurt...guess that means I am getting somewhere. Ya think? Anyhow, I am debating on adding another week onto the end of my 90 days...to make up for the missed days I have had. Guess I'll see how I look and feel towards the end of the 90 days before I make that determination.

If it makes anyone out there feel any better about me skipping last week...believe me, I paid for it today. My legs are on fire and I hurt...but I did get through it and am back on schedule. I have added TWO weeks on the end on the program to make up for lost days. So will not be finished until May 11th now.

I am still cussing myself for skipping all those days. Although I am making up for them by adding on to the end of the work-out, I feel that I lost ground and now am trying to regain where I was before. My advice is do NOT skip any days if at all possible....and most definately do NOT skip entire weeks like I did. I think it actually set me back 2 days for every one I skipped.
