WOW! That was tough...went to the next level of the circuit video. Lots more intense than level I-II. I think I will alternate between levels I-II & III-IV this week at least will see what happens and go from there.

Still on Phase I-II for the cardio. It seems to be tougher than the circuit. OH by the way I'm 1/3 of the way through the program WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Way kewl. Will get my new photos and stats posted either today or tomorrow. Let me know what you think of my progress.

Stayed with the Phase I-II today...think that was the last time I will use it. Phase III-IV is much more challenging and I like it way more. Have my 30 days stats and photos posted now, you can check out my progress on the work-out photo page. Belly is almost gone ;o) which makes me happy.

Finished with yet another work-out. Still find the cardio work-out a bit tough so I am going to stick with the Phase I-II for a bit longer.

Man...what a great work-out I had today. I really enjoy the phase III-IV more than the I-II and I am not sure why. I guess the important thing is that I am not dreading each work-out but actually looking forward to it.

Wasn't feeling real well today...think that flu thing is gonna get me. Went ahead and did the work-out althogh I didn't feel well enough too...thinking maybe I should have not done it as now I am worn out. Don't think that was a smart move as far as getting over this stuff. Oh well, whats done is done.

GRRRRRRrrrrrr I hate being sick. Anyone want this flu so I can get rid of it?? Anyone??? Really I won't mind if you take it, I promise I won't mind. No takers? OK fine, be that way. Guess I will just muddle through it.

Had a pretty good work-out today....still feeling a bit under the weather so I did not have as much strength as I normally would have. Hopefully will get over this flu/cold thing soon. I am going to do the Phase III-IV Cardio tomorrow....hope it dont kill me LOL just kidding.

OK.... now that was a work-out! Them there abs are a KILLER!!!! I made it though and boy howdy can I tell it. All in all it was a good work-out and I enjoyed myself. Lets get ready for the next week.

Over halfway through the program and feeling good. Doing Phase III-IV of both videos now. It is alot of hard work but the end result will be well worth the effort.

WOW....I just realized I was on day 50....very kewl. Today went pretty good....hate them squats LOL. I really do enjoy receiving all the nice comments from people about how fit I am looking now. My Budda Belly is all but gone and good ridance to it. Am looking forward to checking my stats on my 60th day....should be real interesting.

I am having FUN, FUN, FUN....at least thats what I keep telling myself. HEHE Seriously though, this really isn't that bad...and it only last about 45 minutes....I can do anything for 45 minutes except dishes...I hate doing the dishes. Dont mind getting em dirty but boy do I hate washing them. ;o)
